Terms and Conditions

The terms for using The Dental Guide, including practice subscriptions, cancellation and refunds.

About these terms

Last updated: October 15, 2026

These terms apply to everyone who uses thedental.guide, and to practices that hold an account with The Dental Guide, British Columbia, Canada. By using the site, you agree to them.

Not dental advice

The Dental Guide helps you find and contact dental practices. Molly and each practice’s AI guide are AI assistants: they can make mistakes, and they don’t replace a dentist. Always confirm details (hours, prices, treatments, availability) with the practice. In an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.

Practice listings

Practices are responsible for the information on their pages. By claiming a practice, you confirm you are allowed to act for it, and that the content you add (text, photos, videos) is accurate and yours to use. You let us show that content on The Dental Guide. We may edit for style, or remove content that breaks these terms.

Subscriptions, cancellation and refunds

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe, and renew automatically until you cancel.

Cancel anytime from your dashboard. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for.

No partial refunds: we don’t refund or credit unused time in a billing period.

If a payment fails and isn’t fixed, the paid plan ends and your practice goes back to the free profile.

If we change a plan’s price, we’ll email you before it applies to your next billing period.

Your AI guide and AI employee

Your AI employee suggests changes to your page and website. Nothing is published until you approve it, and you are responsible for what you approve. Your AI guide answers from what you teach it, so keep that information up to date.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the site: no unlawful or misleading content, no fake reviews, no pretending to be a practice you don’t represent, no scraping or reselling the directory, and no attempts to disrupt the service.

Liability

The site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, The Dental Guide is not liable for decisions made from information on the site, or for the acts of the practices listed. Our total liability to a practice is limited to the fees it paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Questions: sayhello@thedental.guide.
